Day 1: Arrival at Haridwar

Upon arrival in Haridwar by train or road, check in to the hotel and relax. In the evening, visit the famous Har Ki Pauri and attend the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony.

 

After breakfast, depart early morning for Barkot. The journey covers approximately 200 km and takes around 6–7 hours by road.

En route, stop at the beautiful Kempty Falls in Mussoorie. If time permits, enjoy the natural waterfall and scenic surroundings.

Upon arrival in Barkot, check in to the hotel.

Overnight Stay:

Early morning after breakfast, proceed towards Yamunotri Temple.

  • Distance by road: Approx. 40 km
  • Trek Distance: 6 km from Janki Chatti
  • Trek Duration: 2–3 hours

The trek route is steep but scenic. Guests may also opt for pony or palanquin services at additional cost.

Visit the sacred Yamunotri Temple, perform पूजा, and take a holy dip in the hot springs near the temple.

Return to Barkot after darshan.

After breakfast, drive towards Uttarkashi.

On the way, visit the revered Vishwanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Morning departure for Gangotri Temple.

Visit the sacred Gangotri Temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga. Perform pooja and take a holy dip in the River Ganga.

  • Harsil Valley

Drive from Uttarkashi to Guptkashi.

  • Distance: Approx. 220 km
  • Travel Time: 7–8 hours

In the evening, visit the Vishwanath Temple in Guptkashi.

Upon arrival in Badrinath:

  • Attend the evening Aarti ceremony

Morning visit to local temples around Badrinath along with the famous Tapt Kund hot springs.

Later, drive back to Haridwar.
